Terms of Service

Please read the terms of use before booking or purchasing the offered services and products. If the Croatian language is not your mother tongue, it is your obligation to ensure understanding our terms of use for online bookings and the purchase of vouchers for excursions, transfers, special benefits, and other types of services and products we offer as brokers of our contractual business partners. Once you have met all the required information and you are purchasing or reserving a reservation, it is considered that you agree with our Terms of Service, Payment Terms and a Declaration of Disclaimer. All three documents are available electronically on Pointers mobile apps (iOS and Android and on the Pointers project website).

Booking terms

· By reserving or purchasing any of the available services and products via the Pointers Mobile Application on iOS and Android operating systems, and on our web site: http://www.pointerstravel.com, http://www.pointers-croatia.com, you agree with our Terms of Use.
· All prices are shown in HRK (Croatian Kuna). In the continuation of your payment process, you will be able to choose in which currency you want to make a payment, and you will be informed about the rate which will be used.
· All reserved services must be paid within 48 hours before departure or will be automatically canceled. We suggest that you make the payment immediately after your reservation to secure and confirm your reservation. It is also possible to make a purchase immediately without reservation process.

Pointers Vouchers

After you make a reservation or submit a purchase and payment request for selected services, you will receive a personalized Pointers Voucher for the requested reserved or purchased service. Once we have verified that your transaction is properly executed, it is considered that the reservation or purchase has been made and we will send an electronic form of the Voucher to your e-mail, which you can print if you wish, and it is also available in electronic format.

You are required to submit the original Pointers Voucher to the appropriate service personnel for access to the paid service. Your reservation can not be accepted and acknowledged unless you show a valid Pointers Voucher which contains your personal information and details of paid or reserved services. All organizers, service providers will also accept the presentation of the Voucher in digital format (e.g. on your smartphone or tablet) or in a print format. All organizers, service providers, or product providers have received your Pointers Voucher with number of verification after your payment, and that number and tag must match the number and mark on your Voucher which you can submit in writing or in electronic form. Terms of cancellation
For all reservations canceled more than 48 hours prior to execution, the Pointers OMP offers a full refund of money. This provides you with an unforgettable experience at the time of your reservation. For all reservations canceled 48 to 24 hours before the service, the Pointers OMP offers 50% refunds on the total value of the reserved services. Cancellation of the reservation within the last 24 hours prior to planned service execution is not possible unless otherwise stated when booking.

Terms of payment

Payment
WSpay system for online authorization, credit and debit card payment, applies state-of-the-art data protection standards to ensure that data exchange between the WSPay system and credit card authorization centers is carried out on a private network that is protected from unauthorized access.

Security Statement
The selected service will be paid by credit card using the WSpay system for online credit card authorization and under the terms and conditions defined by these general terms and conditions and defined by the selected organizer of the service. When you pay, you will be informed about who will charge your credit or debit card for the agreed amount. Pointers online market place j.d.o.o. undertakes to provide personal data protection by collecting only the essential, basic information about the customers/users required to fulfill our obligations; Informing customers of the way they use the information they collect, regularly gives customers the choice of using their data, including the ability to decide whether they want their name removed from the list used for marketing purposes. All customer information is strictly kept and only available to employees who are required to do this. All employees of Pointers online market place j.d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for adhering to the privacy principles.

Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in the Croatian Kuna. The amount to be charged for your credit card account is obtained by converting the amount from the selected currency to the Croatian Kuna at the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When you charge from your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency at the rate of the credit card association. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of fewer differences in the amount compared to the amount listed on our web pages.
