Gunja on the Syrmia I cycle route

Let’s discover our hidden corners of Eastern Slavonia and Syrmia by bike.

The Syrmia Cycle Path will make you fully acquainted with the area you are crossing, it will lead you to inhabited places, forests, fields and vineyards. As you drive along the route, you can visit many attractions that are listed on the map. This route is not physically demanding.
The marked Srijem cycle path (98 km) starts from Vinkovci and continues to Cerna, Županja, Bošnjaci, Posavski Podgajci, Gunja.
Since Gunja is halfway there, we will stop there.
A short tour of the municipality: NK Jadran, the most beautiful small stadium in Croatia.
The parish church of St. Jakov, the common house and library and the oldest mosque in Croatia.
Before I move on, the pilgrimage site of Our Lady of Šumanovac is just 6 km from Gunja.
Spiritually strengthened, we continue our route through Drenovac, Otok, Privlaka and arrive back in Vinkovci.
