The Danube

Life on the Danube has many advantages, so you have the opportunity to swim in the Danube during the warm season and a beautiful promenade along the Danube provides rest and relaxation for young and old in all seasons.

The river itself and its backwaters provide additional recreation and relaxation while fishing.
If you are a fan of this sport, then Ilok is the place for you.

For hunting lovers, Ilok is also an attractive destination. The Ilok hunting ground is known for hunting fallow deer.

Ilok has three tennis courts, it’s up to you to choose the most suitable one for you.
If it’s too hot for you to play tennis in the summer, don’t worry, the courts are lit up at night.

The Wine Route:
Ilok Wine Route is different from others because almost all winemakers are concentrated in the village. Family businesses with cellars called “Kelbovan” cellars, in the hill or directly in front of the house.

We recommend starting with the Alter Kellern winery in Ilok and then going to wineries in the upper or lower town.
To experience the countryside and vineyards, be sure to visit the Vukovo and Principavac vineyards and viewpoints…
Whether you spend one or more days exploring the wines of Ilok is up to you personally.

Ilok and the Ilok region offer a handful of opportunities for young and old, for ambitious and amateurs. The selection is huge, so depending on the possibilities and depending on what you want, there is something for everyone.
