The town of Cres is the largest settlement on the island of Cres. The town of Cres and small settlements along the coast boast a large number of promenades, hiking trails and hiking trails leading to the island’s hidden bays. The continuity of life on the island represents a rich historical and cultural heritage, from a number of Liburnian fortresses, the identified ancient cities, early Catholic churches scattered throughout the island, monasteries and reputed Venetian urban heritage to monuments of today .

The island of Cres and the island of Mali Lošinj are connected by a drawbridge in Osor.

The depth of the channel is about 3.5 meters and the current in the channel can be very strong.
We drive to Mali Lošinj, the largest city on the island and the largest settlement on all Adriatic islands. Mali Lošinj is a coastal town located at the end of the bay facing the sea on the northwest side. A very important port for nautical tourism as it is located on the waterway between Istria and Dalmatia.
Arrived in the center of the city, we will wait for a local guide who will introduce us to the cultural and historical sights and the way of life of the island.
At the end of the tour we go to the Apoxyomenos Museum. Apoxyomenos is a unique archaeological and architectural cultural institution in our region, entirely devoted to one exhibit – a bronze statue of the young athlete Apoxyomenos. The statue was found in 1997 by a tourist from Belgium at a depth of 45 meters. Apoxyomenos was recovered from the sea in 1999, on the bottom of which it lived for almost two millennia.
