The Essence of Brač

We start in the late afternoon from Sutivan port with some basic instructions. After a short introduction, we head along the North-West coast of the island Brač and beautiful Sutivan pebble beaches. SUP or sit on top kayak allows easy paddling and complete peace and quiet on the sea.

We continue toward Likva bay (Sutivan green coast area). You will have time to swim if you wish, or simply enjoy the beautiful early evening ambiance. Just before the sunset, we will head back to the sea so we can admire the scenery and take an easy cruise along the coast back to Sutivan.

An organized van transfer will take you to the starting point of our walk to “Blaca” (about 40 minutes) through Vidova gora nature area and small island towns. Upon arrival to trailhead, we begin the walk down the “Blaca” canyon on a small downhill trail. This walk is moderate, on stone terrain, suitable for persons of average fitness level. It takes about 45 minutes to reach the monastery.

Our curator will wait for us there and take us on an unforgettable tour of this truly amazing and special place which is full of unexpected surprises.

After a guided visit to the museum, we will have some free time, feel free to take pictures and enjoy the scenery. This place is not only famous for its museum but also for its quiet atmosphere, positive energy, and unique setting. It will take a 45-50 minute walk to get back to the van.
